PDF Patterns

All PDF sewing patterns are digital downloads and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased. Please ensure you have checked all pattern details, size information, and requirements before completing your order.

Paper Patterns

Paper patterns may be returned for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:

• The pattern is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging

• It is returned in the same condition as received, with no damage to the envelope or contents

• A return request is made within 2 days of receiving your order

We are unable to accept returns on paper patterns that have been opened, as we cannot guarantee the condition of the pattern pieces once the packaging has been unsealed.

Problems With Your Order

If there is any issue with your order — including missing items, damaged goods, or an incorrect pattern — please get in touch with us as soon as possible. The sooner you contact us, the sooner we can put things right.
