Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes all our patterns have a seam allowance, usually 1cm allowance unless otherwise stated on the pattern.

  • Order Confirmation Screen: After payment, you will see a link to download the file directly on the confirmation screen.

    Order Confirmation Email: You will also receive an email with a link to download the files. Note: This link is active for 24 hours. If it expires, try the link again this should trigger another email being sent to you. If not please get in touch and we will send you another one. Once downloaded it’s yours to keep forever.

  • We are currently phasing out physical instruction manuals, instead your pattern has a qr code to download the manual. The reason for this is that we have started doing step by step detailed photographs of each process and can put far more information on the pdf, you can also zoom in to see details more clearly on the photos. Environmentally better and easier for you to store and access.

  • All our patterns are licensed / sold on the basis that it is only for personal or non-commercial uses. You may of course make an item for a friend as a gift.

  • No, all our pdf patterns are licenced for personal, non-commercial use only and not to be shared, reproduced, or published in any way.

  • Yes, please do get in touch if you have any questions regarding types of fabrics to use, email us and we would be delighted to help. In the meantime we have a page on fabric types and weights you can find it here.

  • Yes we sell both, in our menu choose either PDF or Paper patterns. Most of our patterns are available in either format.

  • Yes, you can find all our video tutorials on our YouTube channel.

  • We have a wide range of sewing patterns from beginner friendly to advanced. All patterns are allocated a skill level. We are also here to answer any questions you may have, just get in touch.
